Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Nodeflow Core educational programs related to Offline Address Book Tracker study. This website does not process checkout; refunds apply to confirmed enrollments handled by our studio.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available when you cancel in writing at least 7 days before a live cohort start date and have not downloaded cohort-only worksheet packs.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be sent within 14 days of payment for self-paced Pocket Ledger access if less than 20% of lessons were opened, whichever condition is stricter as shown in your enrollment confirmation.

Full or partial refunds

If Nodeflow Core cancels a cohort, you receive a full refund or a seat transfer. If you withdraw after live sessions begin, a partial refund may be offered equal to unused live lab seats, minus a ₩35,000 administrative fee.

Non-refundable items

Custom Archive Circle facilitation already delivered, third-party software licenses, and completed private critique hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email support@nodeflow-core.digital with your full name, program name, payment date, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for enrollment identifiers.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after confirmation.

Refund method

Funds return via the original payment method when possible. If that method is unavailable, we arrange a bank transfer to a named account you designate.

Cancellation by Nodeflow Core

We may cancel or reschedule for instructor illness or insufficient enrollment. You may choose a full refund or a future cohort credit.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain unaffected. Where those rights provide a stronger remedy, they prevail.
